As sole supplier HTE can react in real time to every need related to heat exchange between fluid and air.

The commissioning is done in tight synergy with the production department, which respects all the main and essential rules for a safe transport. The team provides for a safe and useful package, to make loading/unloading from every vehicle as simple as possible, depending on the customers needs: on road, railway or sea freight.

HTE releases a certificate of conformity and test for every product, specificying all the parameters that have been examined. Moreover the products are supplied with a complete technical documentation, with instructions for the electrical connections and the installation.

The presence in the company of people with 30 years of experience, allows HTE to deliver a high end consulting and designing service to the customer. This makes it possible to reduce costs and dimensions of the product, and to provide, thanks to advanced calculation software, which could be the benefits o one solution compared to another.

We use the latest technical drawing software. This software is custom made to meet HTE requirements. This to ensure shorter production periods and more detailed drawings. The strong integration between the CAD and the metal sheet working departments allows to reduce waste and errors. The technical and production staff is continuously trained to solve different issues and to look for new sparks for research and growth.

The work process is runned in and continuously refined thanks to new tecnologies introduced in our factory. The integration of new working centres and new software leads to a constant improvement  and the reduction of tooling times. Moreover the production time between the drawing and the end product is optimized.
